2. Product
Ilmakarp is a weather display with a 2.8-inch touchscreen and a light. There are four designs to choose from: Ilmar (base shaped like the map of Estonia), Ilmar Black Edition (black case and black map of Estonia), Ilme (folk-belt pattern) and Tuuli (glowing cloud). The colour tone and details may differ slightly from the pictures on the page. Ilmakarp is designed and assembled in Estonia.
The box needs a WiFi connection and USB-C power to work. A USB-C cable is included; a power adapter is not. Weather data reaches the box through the Watchdog OÜ server. The data service is included in the price and is not charged separately. The forecast and warnings are for information only; official weather warnings are issued by the Estonian Environment Agency.
3. Price
The Ilmakarp sale price is 45.00 € (including 24 % VAT); the regular price is 69.00 € (Ilmar Black Edition 75.00 €). The price shown on the page when the order is placed applies.
Delivery: Omniva parcel locker 3.99 €, Courier 6.99 € (including VAT). We deliver within Estonia only.
4. Order and payment
The contract is concluded when the payment has been received. Payment is made through Stripe by bank card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) or PayPal; card details never reach Watchdog OÜ. The number of boxes is limited - once they are sold out, no further orders are accepted.
5. Delivery
Boxes are shipped within 24 hours on working days. We notify you of shipping by e-mail. The code for a parcel sent to an Omniva parcel locker is sent to the phone number given in the order.
If we are unable to ship the box within that time, we will tell you by e-mail. In that case you may withdraw from the contract and we refund the full amount paid within 14 days.
6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
Before the box is shipped you may cancel the order at any time by writing to [email protected]. We refund the full amount paid within 14 days.
After receiving the goods you have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Notify us of the withdrawal by e-mail and send the box back within 14 days of notifying us. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We refund the amount paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until the box has reached us. The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
7. Claims and warranty
If the box does not conform to the contract, you may make a claim within two years of receiving the goods. During the first year the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. Describe the defect by e-mail to [email protected] and include the order number. We reply within 15 days.
If the dispute cannot be settled by agreement, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee).
8. Personal data
We use the order data (name, e-mail, phone, delivery address or parcel locker) to fulfil the order and for accounting. For delivery we pass the necessary data to the carrier (Omniva or courier); the payment is processed by Stripe. Details in the privacy policy.
