Ilmapiir is an Estonian weather site that shows the forecast from nine international weather models side by side: ECMWF, DWD ICON, NOAA GFS, UK Met Office, Météo-France, MET Norway, GEM, JMA and CMA. When the models agree, the Estonia weather forecast is reliable; when they diverge, you can see at a glance that the weather is still uncertain - which is far more honest than a single confident number.
Beyond the forecast you will find a live lightning map with strikes shown within seconds, official weather warnings for Estonia, road weather with surface conditions and roadside cameras for both Estonia and Finland, and an accuracy leaderboard that checks every model against real observations, every day.
The interactive app is free, has no ads and needs no sign-up. The interface is available in English and nine other languages.
