Weather and climate in Kiviõli
Kiviõli is an oil shale town in Ida-Viru County, whose best-known landmark is a tall ash hill where people ski in winter. The town lies a little inland from the coast, and winters here are colder and snowier than in western Estonia.

Where this forecast comes from
